You can pay 1000 LP; add 1 "Aroma" monster from your Deck to your hand. If your LP is lower than your opponent's: You can gain 500 LP. You can only use each effect of "Humid Winds" once per turn.
Aroma decks heal a ton of LP so Humid Winds’ search cost can easily be recovered. The deck also features effects that only trigger when you gain LP, which can be done with Humid Winds’ second effect. The LP gain of Humid Winds can be used during either player’s turn, making it good for disrupting your opponent with effects like Aromage Rosemary and Dried Winds.
The way the AI uses it is idiotic. It would use it repeatedly to get new cards until its LP drops below 1000. Then it would usually end up having to discard all the useless cards in hand over limit and loosing from single oponent attack.
This card is immense valuable for aromage, a search function. At the start of battles you can insta search and gain lp in the first 3/4 rounds. Dried winds is tricky if you activate pay lp as an aromage player, unless you also got aromage gardening
