You should use your normal summon every turn if possible. Even if you have to sacrifice 2 monsters to tribute summon a weaker monster. Or if you have to normal summon kiteroid. But you should always use that normal summon, no matter what.

this card can bring back resonator!!!. they can ss this without using a normal summon. they got a trap 'synchro call' too.

well yeah but what are the benefits of using this, a card you have to use gems to get, over the standard synchro they summon?
