If you duel a Level 10 duelist at the gate the don't summon Monsters if you control this card. Very good to farm EXP at the gate now. And since we can farm them with points x 3 it's very very nice to farm them really quick.
It's probably to stop basic "dumb AI continually Summons a monster to be draw locked by Falcos" situations, though if they don't Set, either, that's weird.

Anyone else dealing with opponents not summoning their monsters when you play falcos?
Every duel I’ve used this monster, my opponents would refuse to summon. I’m not complaining or anything but just curious if anyone else had this issue
Falcos being UR doesn't bother me. It's OK, if nothing special. Skilled Blue Magician bothers me more, actually. All the other Skilled Magicians are SR, and Blue Summons the worst monsters of any of them. (And no, being 1800 ATK doesn't really make it any better than Red or White.)
So does Red, though. Let's be real, though. The fact it has 1800 ATK's really the only reason they made it UR, even though that doesn't make it worth UR.
