Your goal when using this deck is to attack your opponent 5 times to instantly win the duel with your skill Fatal Five. This requires lots of extra effort to set-up particularly summoning multiple monsters to your opponent's field and then hitting them with a monster that can attack all your opponent's monsters.
Machine King Ur's effect allows him to attack all your opponent's monster once so getting him on the field is vital to your win condition. Summon Geargiaugur to search out Machine King Ur from your deck. If your Machine King Ur already attacked 4 monsters, you can crash him into a stronger monster your opponent controls to win the duel.
Use these cards to revive monsters to your opponent's side of the field. Reverse Return is more useful since it revives 2 monsters for you to attack but can only revive flip monsters. You can revive Worm Hope in attack position to destroy it and knock a card out of your opponent's hand. Give and take can revive any 1 monster in your graveyard to your opponent's field. If you revive another Machine King Ur put him in defense position so that you can destroy it.
Set Nimble Musasabi and have your opponent attack into it or flip him face-up yourself to special summon 2 more copies himself to your opponent's field. This gives you 2 monsters to attack with Machine King Ur plus 2 more monsters if you revive those 2 copies with Reverse Reuse. Additionally they deal 500 damage to your opponent per Nimble Musasabi you kill, so you could use that as a slower alternate win condition. Worm Hope lets you draw a card but also forces you to discard when he is destroyed. Special summon him to your opponent's field so that you can destroy him and force your opponent to discard.
Wall of Disruption protects your Machine King Ur or other monsters you control while you stall for your combo. The leftover monsters that were debuffed by Wall of Disruption can then be easily destroyed by Machine King Ur.
I think the main idea is to use "Nimble Musasabi" and "Give and Take" to keep giving monsters to your opponent so that "Machine Lord Ür" can keep attacking them.
