RatingC+

Pros

  • Banishes Spell Cards.
  • Can be special summoned from your hand.

Cons

  • Stats are dependent on the number of Spell cards in your opponent's graveyard.
  • Special summoning condition could be difficult.
  • Banishes your activated Spells also.

Tips

  • Aside from Special summoning, you can also Tribute summon into Winged Kuriboh LV9.
  • Could be useful in a Burn or Mill deck because those decks are able to chain their effects almost anytime during the duel.

Mill

Since all Spell cards that are activated while this card is face-up on the field are banished. Milling your opponent's deck and hopefully sending some Spell cards to the graveyard could be the only way to increase this monster's stats.
