A comment from Angus:
Somehow it bricks much less than it should. The un-targeted removal is very hard to combat, while FC Boardefly is very effective shutting down GY effects.
A comment from MetalShadow:
Finally I got KOG with Gladiator Beasts! But it was a painful run, I was so unlucky, don't even know how many rank-up matches I lost. Grinding, especially with non-meta decks, is not for me. I got tilted too much. But I was determined to get KOG with one of my favourite archetypes.
Anyways, it's a decent deck, it can manage every meta deck. However, if you go second, you might be in trouble against decks like Cyber Dragons or Dark Magician. The skill is very nasty, I won a lot of duels just because of it. This decklist was the final version. I also used 2 Cosmic Cyclones but I cut them for more protection. It did help trigger the skill. 1 copy of Fusion Reserve was surprisingly helpful. You could search for Vespasius or Bestiari or even Laquari when you needed them. I even tried 2 copies of it, but eventually used just 1 because of more protective cards.

The objective and game plan is simple, defend until I can bring one of the Invoked cards out, the main attacking outlet is Purgatrio but Magellanica is powerful too.

A comment from Venom_94:
This deck is very powerful, you can make a lot of combos and OTK your opponent. Basically is a standard Lunalight deck but also with Kuriboh that are very useful and fusion recycling plant that allows you to search a poly and then, during the end phase, you can grab a luna from your grave and a poly. Grit is the best skill.

A comment from Ghost:
Probably the most F2P deck that has helped me reach KOG. I know it’s the last day and doesn’t mean much but a really odd climb for me this go-round. I was using AE Blue Eyes w the newest pulls from Judgement Force Main Box to reach Legend 5 and didn’t feel like it would give me the next 5 in a row to hit KOG so I switched to Luna’s. Ended up winning my first 5 to get me there. Can you imagine Mirror Wall-ing a quintet magician for the KOG win? I decided to go with both Walls because they don’t target to be able to cover Quintet, Cavalry, etc. and it proved itself in the end. I’d like to have a 3rd Marten but other than that, this deck is solid

GRD Kid Bengala | Shadow Game | Mar 10 |
A comment from GRD Kid Bengala:
The choice of the burn/stall deck due to the fact that there are a lot of decks that are used to fill the cemetery to make their moves, especially those that use the mechanics (Engine) of the lights (in English Lightsworn) where the Shadow Game skill if you have an advantage in letting the game run slower or faster by forcing to end the duel right away.
The disadvantage of the deck comes when facing decks like Dark Magician, Dragunit, Synchron thunder dragon, Black Wings, Gladiator Beasts and Shiranui ** because they are decks that banish cards, destroy the field very fast or control the game or the three factors as in case of Gladiator Beasts where the deck knows how to deal well with the cards that delay the game.
