People sleep on this card. Basically trap stun but for spell cards with the exception of normal and ritual. Meta continuous: dm circle, black whirlwind, aroma gardening, asymmetaphys, infernity launcher, AG castle, AG fortress, all D/D/D dark contracts

Lets see some common case studies based on tier decks:
1.
You face a bw deck. It goes first. It uses blackwirlwind.
Your turn. You draw this card. Welcome brick.

2.
You face a shiranui deck. It uses 0 spells.
You draw this card. Welcome brick

3.
You face a cryston deck. It uses only cosmic cyclones. See case 2.

All in all you run a high situational card that can turn to a huge brick

This is going to be the anti-Geartown / Fortress tech card. It negates their floating effect, causing your opponent to go -1 during their Geartown / Fortress + Double Cyclone combo.

In fact, it negates double cyclone which is a quick play.

Very strong card in current meta. I'm running 2-3 In every deck. Counters mask change, super rush, econ, vampire desire/kingdom, mage power, Dragunity divine Lance, fire king Island, UA stadium, destruction swordsman fusion, etc.

LOL mimicat is normal spell card, this card only negate 1) Equip, 2) Field, 3) Continuous and 4) Quick-Play Spell Card effects, so ritual and normal spell card still can be use

Theoretically you could chain this to an econ or srh, right? Like I could negate those two in response to their activation?

SRH probably won't work since the effect is not dependant on the card activation moment.

Very good in December meta. Surprising against Ninjas, Hazy, and Temple 🔥ters. Doesn't do anything against GB though

Overkill

Toons are already very manageable to defeat with cards that dont specifically target 1 monster like super rush headlong, ninja grandmaster sasuke, kuriboh, traps like mirror wall, anubis and windstorm of etaque, heavy spell destroy and outlasting.

Many are already popular to have in a deck.

This magic deflector is overkill.

Its basically saying hey we made toons viable for a while but now we make it the laughing stock again.

They should at least bring some extra support in now for toons to compensate.

With Statue Control (so much boring to fight against...), Toon decks are the one that I hate. If your opponent has a good starting hand, you can't do anything. Toon Kingdom + 1 or 2 tokens is the worst part of this deck and should be nerfed.
