Now the question is, will DL get the card without its errata (since the errata hasn't hit TCG yet, only in OCG, and there are less D-Hero support cards in DL), or will we get the errata version right away?

well the errata is in TCG too since some time ago, I think we should be able to get this card in DL now.

Would it work for you by pairing with Dark Angel's effect or will you be giving your opponent the two draws?

The opponent would get the draws. Also, I totally forgot Dark Angel could even Summon monsters other than itself, lol. There's so little utility for it.

Yup you can, but it looks like there is still no point in summoning something other than itself or possibly D-Cubed

You couldn't Summon D-Cubed with it. There could be some merit to Summoning Fear Monger or Dread Servant (if we had the Clocktower Prison set here, which we don't) I guess. But yeah, the sole purpose of that effect is to give Dark Angel itself to the opponent.
