Skill Details

Can be used on tum 2 and onward. Select up to 2 "The Phantom Knights" monsters on your field that have a Level. When Xyz Summoning a monster using these "The Phantom Knights" monsters as Xyz Materials during this turn, you can use them as Level 2-4 monsters.

This Skll can only be used once per turn and twice per Duel.

I'm not sure if it's worth to use it. PK have better skills that can fix your hand and I'd argue that those skills are better.

This is less fix your hand and more fix your field.

Like, if you're forced into a situation where you can have only 1 level 3 and 1 level 4 on your field. With this skill you can Xyz with them, since you can make both have the same level.

It's for the same reason "Territory of the Shark" is a skill used by many back then, when Water Xyz deck is still meta.

Freakin' finally, a way to actually summon the Rank 2 PK Xyz.

(also allow summoning Dark Rebellion more easily, but honestly the more important part is that the Rank 2 PK is finally summonable, who the hell is the idiot at Konami who decided a Rank 2 PK as level up reward with no access to any Level 2 PK is a good idea?)
