If you use Forbidden Chalice on him he gets an attack boost + it negates the effect "cannot Special Summon".

So powerful!

No, it does not work; "also you cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of this turn" this triggers and resolves when is summoned, chalice is not fast enough to negate the effect before this touches the field, you would need a counter trap to do so

The special summon restriction keeps going on for the entire turn even if the card leaves the field

I thought the restriction was part of his passive effect and that they could be negated.

This dude fits in many archetypes. You need only to play a bit smart.
Useful like Gaia from last event.

I find it a really good card, a 2800 beater that can special summon itself, of course it block your other summons, but i find it useful for the end of all your summons, i can see this card being used on lightsworn decks.

I looked at the manga in my hand. Division's card is seen on the panel right after the panel where Blazing Mars' card is first seen.

The rest are on the Tag Duel between Axel and Jim against Chazz and Syrus, which happens some chapter before the single Duel between Axel and Chazz where Blazing Mars debuted.

Wait, except Sergeant Electro. That one is already printed just like The Blazing Mars.

Sergeant Electro is even already in DL for years.

They obliterated Shiranuis just to add this card in the game lol. But seriously that any archetype that likes being banish can use this as long as they dont use solitaire like effect since it forbids special summoning the same way as Neos fusion.
