Blue Eyes is Lv 8. This one is lv 8 too so unless you use the skill to decrease a level or syncgro summon cosmo brain you wont summon it and Giganticastle would be a better choice anyway

Meh, too dependant on opponent playing LIGHT deck to be good. I can see this being an N rarity Synchro if Konami ever make this card be available to players.
