When your opponent declares an attack while you control a monster: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, except the attacking monster; take control of that target until the end of the Battle Phase, and if you do, it is attacked instead, and you proceed to damage calculation.

This card is not so good: it's waaay too situational. The thing is, even if the opponent has 2 monsters face up, he has to either
a) attack with weaker monster first
b) have 2nd monster in defence mode

Otherwise the monster you take control of will still deal damage to yourself. So if he has a 3k monster attack and you take control of his 1.6k attack monster, yeah you destroy the 1.6k monster but take 1.4k damage. Not worth it.

Use mytical lamp instead. Your opponent will take damage

Battle trap isnt good in current meta, your opponent mostly will attack you after clearing your backrow first, or make sure their attack will success

Yeah, just like the tcg now. Everything has to be chainable to be worth using.

Really not a hard card to pull off. Lots of decks work with multiple summons per turn. Worst case scenario, this card reduces damage you might have taken, and takes out an opponents card. two monsters with identical attack points takes em both out, plus I've used this card multiple times to end a duel. This can also be used similar to econ, to prevent their strongest monster from attacking. Pretty versatile card.

The card is too conditional in my opinion. To activate, there needs to be at least:
2 monsters on opponents field
1 monster on your field
1 free space on your field

Usually it just takes up one of my spell/trap zones. Do not think it's a good card in this dueling format.

Oh yeah, it's very situational, but it can save your 🔥 in very dire situations. Like Double-Blue Eyes or any two monster cards with the same attack.

Question: opponent have 3 cards, 2 face up, 1 face down. I have 1 monster card face up and magical arm set previously.

Opponent attack, why doesn't this card trigger? I have enough space for opponent's monster

I had that error too. Both monsters the opponent had were of the same name.

This card should see more use considering how many decks can swarm the field (Red Eyes, Hammer Shark, Naturia).

Why can't I activate Trap Jammer on this card? This card can only be activated in the Battle Phase, so I can't make sense out of it...

Never mind, I must've set the Trap Jammer in the same turn as opponent activated Magical Arm Shield.

The troll factor and the screw up your opponent factor in this card is quite good.
