So this can’t be used for Ghibli the Searing Wind? Or is it a bug?

0 damage isn't considered damage. (Same reason 0 ATK monsters can't destroy anything in battle, incidentally.)

Oh I thought you could take it but you wouldn’t take any dmg at all because it was 0

You need to take the damage to add the monster to the hand. You couldn't use a card like Energy-Absorbing Monolith or Barrel Behind the Door to avoid it while getting a card back either.

How do you get this card? Do you unlock it as a random prize from defeating Crow? Or as a prize for winning a duel AS Crow?
