Pros

  • Able to bring back your monsters from the Banished zone, by discard a Spell card as a cost. This effect can be used once per turn.

Cons

  • You need to discard a Spell card as a cost to activate its effect.
  • This monster requires a tribute for a Tribute Summon.

Tips

  • Due to the monster being a level 5, it requires some effort to Summon it and the tradeoff of its effects is not that good, therefore it is hard to see any potential in the current meta.
  • This monster’s effect can be useless if there are no Spell cards that are expendable from your hand.

Speed Summon

Treeborn Frog can easily be used as a single tribute to summon this card. Use Soul Exchange to use one of your opponent's monster as tribute. You can also use Enemy Controller tribute control effect to use your opponent’s monster as tribute. You can banish Amarylease from your Graveyard in order to Normal summon this monster without a Tribute.

Transmodify

These are the level 4 LIGHT spellcaster-type monsters that are recommended, to use Transmodify in order to Special Summon Different Dimension Master from your deck.

Banishing Utility

Soul Release is able to banish up to 5 monster cards from your Graveyard in order for your Different Dimension Master to Special Summon from the Banished Zone. Prometheus, King of the Shadows allows you to banish any amount of DARK monsters from your Graveyard when it is Normal Summoned.

Spell Discard

These cards return automatically to your Top deck when they are sent to the Graveyard, therefore it potentially provides you unlimited Spell discards in order to activate Different Dimension Master’s effect.

Don't you forget about Magician's Circle. With 1700 ATK you can summon it straight from your deck.

Atk is very bad for a 5 star

Use this with that Trap card in next generation pack that banishes any card that goes to the graveyard for one turn.
