For sll the effort it takes to summon this, I will never understand why they nerfed it from the anime effect. If it summoned Flame Swordsman + Dark Magician from the grave after banishing itself, it would still suck, but at least it would be kinda usable.
there is no combo that could make mirage knight good. unless there's some card that specifically supports mirage knight it's never going to be worth summoning over other boss monsters. mirage knight is way too weak to monster removal and requires specific summoning conditions (the fact that Dark Flare Knight must be destroyed by battle only) makes it completely unviable.
Holy shit, what good combo? You literally require 3 cards to even drop out Dark Flare Knight (Fusion Tag into monster on field or fusion substitute, as trying to fusion Flame Swordsman is as stupid as it gets) and then you need to get its stupid ass destroyed in battle (meaning any kind of removal will blow its stupid ass) just to summon this guy from deck and then you just e-con him and he banish

If you run a bad card (Summoner) in PVP for it's pretty bad effect, then they destroy your Dark Flare by battle, you can finally summon your 2800 monster who kills himself if it attacks or is attacked. Definitely not worth it lol
no, this card will always do 2800 damage regardless of the atk points in the monster it attacked.
attacks a bewd: 2800+3000= 5800
attacks a sphere kuriboh (eventually): 2800+300= 3100
Run 3 fusion subs 3 dark magician and a fusion gate and this card summon flame knight then when it dies attack with this card for game. If you need cards use last gamble or maybe balance to secure you get the combo.
if you're running a fusion deck you're way better off with dark paladin
Anyone who said this card stupid or hard to summon are noob to this game all you need is fusion tag or any fusion subsits and you can use enemy controller to take control the other that he has and attack for game but the true problem is his back row because maybe he has econ or windstorm or etc
