If it's a monster, yes, obviously. If it's an Equip Spell, no, it's obviously not an effect monster. >.>

Yes, but just saying, TCG/OCG isn't always a good indicator on a card's strength in DL.

Reminder that nobody used Red-Eyes Slash, Reactor Dragon, SSA, and Onslaught in TCG/OCG either.

Cards being OP in TCG/OCG doesn't necessarily means they will be OP in DL too, similarly, cards being trash in OCG/TCG does not always means they will be trash in DL too.

in TCG we have better options than slash, that's why no one uses him

I feel this card would do well in BBTDDSM decks. esp equipped to the big guy himself. so, unless i'm wrong, he'd have both 2000 atk for every dragon and piercing.
