Pros

  • Can Synchro summon using monsters from your hand as material.
  • Immunity from both battle and effect destruction.
  • Can special summon a token by banishing itself from the graveyard.

Cons

  • Can only be used to Synchro summon Machine-type monsters.
  • You must use Mecha Phantom Beast monsters with this card as Synchro materials.

Tips

  • Banishing Blue Impala from the graveyard and special summoning a Token is a great way to put a monster on the field either for Tribute fodder or Synchro material.

Mecha Phantom Beast Synchro

Use Blue Impala in a Mecha Phantom Beast deck so that you can easily Synchro summon their powerful monsters. Putting Blue Impala in a Mecha Phantom Beast ensures you have Mecha Phantom Beasts to use as Synchro material and Machine-type Synchro monsters to go into.

Other Machine Synchros

Blue Impala does not restrict you from summon non-Mecha Phantom Beast Synchro monsters as long as they are Machine-type and you use Mecha Phantom Beast monsters as the Synchro materials. Here are some other monsters you can summon.

I believe this card has to be on the field, while the other synchro material can be in your hand.
