if you have more than 6 cards and you end your turn, the game will ask you to discard some cards. You can hold all the cards in your deck to your hand but only hold 6 per turn.

Correction, you can hold all the cards in your deck and your opponents deck in your hand.

Just a random question out of curiosity. I'm going to use it for LP on the brink anyway. Does this effect stack? So if you play 2 then can you hold 8 cards and so on. Or is it still 7.

It specifically mentions a size of 7, so no, it doesn't stack.

Oh, I should add on top of that: I don't know if you can activate multiple. After all, if your hand size is already 7, this card's effect doesn't do anything, which normally means you're not allowed to activate the card (such as using Lightning Vortex when your opponent has no face-up monsters, doesn't matter if you want to discard something, you're not allowed)

I use this one as one of the spells for cerberus farming lol. This is useful for cerberus farm as i always hold some important cards for the final turn.

For those asking: Yes, this card is VERY useful in a Spirit deck, is even an excellent option for Low LP, High Score decks since you can use it at ANY time and not always need to ditch cards. However, I've yet to see Ishizu drop this yet & its just a Normal Rare card.... :|

I can see a use in a spirit deck where you'd use spirit equip spell cards, like the one for gaining LP for destroying monsters.. but a 1000 lp cost is too much, and an extra card isn't that useful, with many good cards having a discard effect as a cost for activation

Maybe useful for Spirit Ryu decks...? Increasing hand size and adjusting your LP for the brink assessment sounds interesting.
