Sorry to burst your bubble but without this card is good if you have gepd as a xyx material.

As such you need 3 lvl 8 to xyz summon ngepd

It's easy to summon in a galaxy focused deck by using Galaxion, summoning a GEPD via its effect and then using the new trap to summon the beater. The only problem is that there is no way to equip it with GEPD to trigger it's effect

Only his first effect (negate) requires GEPD to be one of the material upon summon.
Second effect can be used regardless as long as NGEPD have Xyz material and opponent have Xyz monster with at least 1 material.

So yeah, it is still a beater without GEPD, but it is a beater that can potentially attack 2 times or more.

I wonder what's the point of releasing a Galaxy Eyes XYZ monster without TACHYON TRANSMIGRATION as a protection from the opponent's card effects???!! That quite powerful Counter Trap can make a large change!!

Ah yes the weakest galaxy eyes xyz monster is a ultra rare, it's not even worth it and 3 level 8 is too much. Just wait for mizar and get your sweet Galaxy Eyes Tachyon Dragon.

all the harpie cards needed for a harpie deck are in one box too (you get the rest from tickets)

Counter Aromages, Weather painther, Triamid, Ultra Alpha (U.A), Dark Magician Girl, Yubel, Dark Lord, Star Seraph, Onomat, Toon Kingdom etc...

This card alone if manage summon can turn upside down best deck in the world

When will this card be in the game? and more importantly I can't think of a way to easily summon it from a photon deck since Starliege Paladymo can only conventionally summon two of the three cecessary Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragons...

Do remember, you can use other level 8 monsters like Galaxy Knight. Which will most likely come out the same time that Neo Galaxy Eyes comes out.

It was already programmed in because Kite used it during his unlock event, so I'd say yes.
