A comment from Vklasb:
New KOG blue-eyes deck. In a meta filled with the newly released powerful six sam deck, it's amazing that I was able to make a blue eyes deck that can handily beat it along with masked heroes, vampires, ancient gear, koaki, georgia, amazoness etc. The only deck it auto loses to is yubel since it cant deal with yubels battle immunity. Bingo is the key card since it searches a blue eyes of your choice for you. The ideal hand you want is cosmo, kidmodo, blue eyes monster and silvers cry while going second.
If you go first, kidmodo plus dragon spirit of white is ideal. Set kidmodo and itll ss the spirit white dragon which can banish backrow. The most important tip is to use bingo to ensure you have a dragon spirit of white AND a bews in you hand. This enables its dodging effect so you can tribute it if it ets targeted. And finally 3 silvers cry to ss your dragons from the graveyard.

A comment from cgeb:
Synergy from having Bujins utilizing graveyard effects while not relying on Special Summons. Great advantage against 6sams. Neos Fusion with Turtle, then normal summon Yamato to play around Dual Wield or TTH while having access to Crane and Sinyou. Cosmic can disrupt Dojo/United. Autowin against the stall and slow decks: Weevils, Yubels, Amazoness due to deck thinning from Yamato, Neos or PoG which grants access to multiple CC and TTH. AG matchups require CC. Against Armades, use TTH or Brave Neos. Crane and Sinyou against Hazies.

I love this deck especially Deskbot 009. I don't worry about attacking, because opponent cards and effect cannot be activated.

Hylianer | Dinosaur Kingdom | Apr 17 |
A comment from Hylianer:
First Time KoG with simple low price Survival Ends Dinos.
Kabazauls instead of Megalo and Sabersaurus, because i dont have them and only one Baby for the same reason. :D
Black Brachios is a good one for Shi En, to turn him into def and attack in to him.
Drowning Mirrorforce is for Hazy Flames or some stupid Six Sam players that negate antoher trap/spell before.
The one Leanchoilia is just for one more survival End destruction or to push your Salamandra higher with just one Dino in grave.
E-Con for some take to go lethal or interrupting plays. Maybe you could take a Tuner and synchro them away.
Just take some time to think about what and when you could destroy with survival end from the grave.
Often you have the chance to go lethal with normal monsters, multiple survival ends on field and your baby.
Matchups:
Six Sams:
Hope that the opponent has no good hand or that he is not the smartest. Survival Ends Shi En but canadia the other open six sam in their turn before (mostly they wont negate it). Fuma can not protect Shi En, because one of your dinos get destroyed, and Shi En cant tribute anoter open six sam, because that one is face down.
But most times you will loose against six sams, just hope, fight, and think about every activation and maybe you get a chance to win.
Hazy Flame:
Instantly destroy their special summoned monster with end that they cannot tribute or let them run into drowning and then OTK them.
Yubel, Ancient Gear:
Destroy their big bosses (multiple times) or let them miss their timing and you have an open field for OTK.
With an acceptable starthand you will have no problems (one or two dinos, and some Marellas/Canadias/Survival Ends).
Anti:
Get rid of their traps, Queen or Onslaught, use Marella when that shitty Parasite is on top of your deck, try to have only one monster at once. If there is an Lava Golem or Paraiste on your field, you can use E-con take with them.
Overall its not the greatest deck in this meta, but its very cheap, still fun to play with all that chains, destroys and special summoned dinos out of nothing and its possible to get KoG with some luck.

A comment from Lord•Luseat:
Just like the hazy play, all u need is how to summon sphin. And friends, use parry knight to defense and special summon during ur opponent battle phase and prevent the otk. And u can tribute summon hazy on ur turn.
Weaks: yubel is this deck nemesis but I have 9/10 win against 6 sams

Aniki | Beatdown | Apr 8 |
A comment from Aniki:
Mostly this deck revolves around hazy sphinx but the engine is mostly parry knight and dynatherium. Rest of the card does come in handy for example one cipher soldier can stall six sams really hard. Fav card is mostly tyrant dragon cause he help a ton with otks and also cant be targeted by traps. Side note tho he needs to be in your hand to summon him thru sphinx. Overall just a standard poor boi hazy deck.

A comment from Heartfilia:
This season is so hard for me to reached KoG in early month, because samurai on the leader bring forth so many weevil players, but Hazy can deal with it just 3 hours to hit the KoG. from legend 1 just meet 4 weevil players, 5 AG, and at legend 3, my 5 opponents is all 6 samurai players.

For those who own this deck, the post banlist version is still insanely strong in the current META. Many cards can be used to bait Shi En skill, and almost instant win against Six Sam counter decks.

Francesko | Parasite Infestation | Apr 6 |
A comment from Francesko:
Started climbing with Yubel to counter current meta, however decided to switch to this one and it worked smoothly.
When going first you need at least a monster and a trap (idealy floodgate or canadia) to disrupt synchro plays and than play from there.
Rooklord did come handy in some clutch situations as well as the parasite skill that gives you an extra damage boost and also disrupts your opponents deck consistency.

A comment from Currahee:
This is my best and most competitive deck yet. I played Samurais, but it's not working well against stall/burn decks, and the duels are too long. And I hate the mirror matches...
Destiny draw is one of the best skill, and it will always be. I think that is a better conception when you've more back row, and waiting for the best moments than summon monsters. However, there is the ability of OTK to the deck.
This deck is pretty good against the current Meta and the Anti-Meta. The only problem and hard matchups had Ancient Gears. Neos support is good again for 'Sazank' and Cipher Soldier.
I have to obtain the third copy of Diamond Core, and this deck will be perfect. Although there is no...

A comment from Llenn:
Notes: I use Ties that bind to increase the power of my HERO since all the META deck have at least 1700 attack like AG Wyvern. Most of my opponent use Six samurai but I can fight with Canadia and TTH the tuner monster before synchro shi en.

Zabon | Destiny Calling | Apr 7 |
A comment from Zabon:
Using Destiny Calling skill or adding cipher soldiers is a must to compete with Six Samurai deck. For AG, Yubel and Burn deck are 50 to 50 depending on luck. Other is fine. Just use Canadia and flood gate at right the time and use mask change to evade the sweep effect. Thanks for banning list, there is no annoying spell book anymore in this current meta.

Destiny Soul | Destiny Calling | Apr 29 |
A comment from Destiny Soul:
The deck is based on destroying, banishing and discarding cards, I use a Doom lord as tech to remove any annoying monster from the opponent, especially the synchro Shi En or the AG dragon, dark world dealings helps me to accelerate the deck and bounce Neos to the graveyard in case I have it in hand, as well as to discard my opponent any card, neos fusion is very useful to send Celestial to the graveyard and invoke the fusion neos in any hurry, a galaxy cyclone to banish spells or traps and activate the destiny calling skill, a chalice for the OTK and finally a TTH to stop the opponent's play.

Dracis | Beatdown | Apr 23 |
A comment from Dracis:
This essentially works the same as regular Anki deck. However, with the addition of three neos fusions, allow this deck to easily get a beater out in the first turn to prevent attacks. Destruction Jammer can be substituted for any other card. I liked using it to help handle Yubel. (odd note, mask change doesn't work on Brave Neos). I am not sure why.
