Is it that bad? It's costless, but only once per turn and trigger on normal summon.

If you know some cool combo involving this card, I'm definitely interested.
(Not sarcasm, I honestly want to know)

Work only best with DNA Surgery and effect monster that destroy or banish light monster. But set up is slow.
