Great defense.
Can reduce your chance of bricking with Ninjitsu Traps in your hand, by using Traps as cost to summon level 4 or lower Ninja monster.

Cons

Costs you a trap card in your hand to use effect. Especially since trap cards are essential in a Ninja deck

Maybe for ritual summoning level 8 like black luster soldier but still yea kinda useless

This card is only good if your opponent has major backrow. You can discard a trap to special summon that one level 4 card that can bounce trap/spell back to hand.

My main deck is a ninja deck. I honestly don't see how this card could add something to the deck. You need your traps to defend your (weak) ninjas, you don't want to discard your Mirror wall, Floodgate trap hole or Ninjitsu Art of Transformation.
