This skill would be fun to use a few times but wouldn't want to use it too much...takes all the fun out of dueling just drawing and winning the exact same way over and over, hope they don't but already know people are going to use this a lot in competitive play lol

It would be basically a Gambling stall deck in Competitive & people don't really favor "chance" decks, especially in this "Meta".

Just use Normal monster with high def and dark attribute, veil of darkness, cry havoc and then heart of the underdog. and some defense trap to stall. boom. ez deck.

Yeah. And we have Yami Marik and Yami Bakura to thank. They provide some us with Gil Garth and Gross Ghost of Dreams. Combining HotU with veil of darkness works wonders.
And let's not forget about different dimension capsule and Giant Soldier of Stone.
