At the moment, you can only use exodia through Yugi Muto's skill 'Grandpa's Cards'

guess no one can know but it has been twice (nearly) in a row so I'm sure the duellist kingdom won't come back in some time (maybe bakura and marik also before) earliest date I can imagine is february 2018

You have a typo displaying the wrong level up card. It should be Giant Soldier of Stone not Giant Soldier of Steel, since we don't have those kind of XYZ's yet.

If you have 30 in your deck does it take out cards or make it 35?

I like playing with this skill. However, every time I see players use this with a 35card deck.. it makes me cry a little.

As we can see, the skill can be unlocked when Yugi reaches the level 4.
If I'm wrong, please tell me (if the level can change or something)
