Hushed Psychic Cleric’s effect has no restriction on the level or stats of the Psychic monster you can revive which makes him a good way to easily summon powerful monsters. He can even revive Psychic Synchro monsters that were previously sent to your graveyard.
Most of the high-leveled Gusto monsters and about half of their archetype are Psychic monsters. Additionally their powerful Synchro monsters are also Psychic-types which gives Hushed Psychic Cleric a great utility in Gusto decks. The downsides are that he cannot work with most of their support and he cannot be used as Synchro material for Gusto Synchro monsters.
You can special summon Hushed Psychic Cleric along with a level-3 Psychic Tuner by the effect of Overdrive Teleporter. Use Hushed Psychic Cleric to banish a powerful Psychic monster like Master Gig to later be revived. (You can discard and banish Master Gig from your hand both with Hushed Psychic Cleric’s effect if you initially had another Psychic monster in your graveyard.) Use Hushed Psychic Cleric with the level-3 Psychic monster to summon Psychic Nightmare. You can then revive the monster you banished with Hushed Psychic Cleric. If you revived Master Gig, you can use his effect to clear your opponent’s field for an OTK.
