This card cannot be Special Summoned. You can pay 2000 Life Points to Special Summon 2 Level 3 Psychic-Type monsters from your Deck. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.
Special summonable monster using Overdrive Teleporter's effect. Its effect is optional, but useful if you see a not so useful card in your opponent's graveyard. Sending them to the top of their deck can essentially prevent useful draws for your opponent.
With this field spell active, you can tribute summon into Overdrive Teleporter in a turn, and use its effect without having to pay 2000 LP, but adding 2 counters on this card is essentially 2000 damage, which will be dealt to you if the spell is destroyed.

You're totally a retard. OP is obviously pointing the contradictory pros and cons posted by the writer, not about his own opinion. Moreover this card's ATK is rather low for 1 tribute standard. Swarming is nice but no notable lvl 3 psychic is implemented in DL yet not to mention synchro. There's also no way for it to clear backrow for the previous reasons. Only decent if you run Brain Research Lab
1. Farm LD. You can get either the SR/UR jewel itself or the SR/UR cards that you can convert for the jewels.
2. Play pvp a LOT. It has a really small chance of SR jewel drops but the chance is there and you don't need to pay keys to play it unlike LD
PvP when you get a "quick victory" by a great duel, finishing it quicly increasse the drop of ur/sr jewels.. i know about what i'm talking.. many times i get the jewels by winning quickly (turn 3 or 4) .. fusion decks, mirror walls, etc helps to get to it
