  • Self attack boost.
  • Cannot be targeted by opponent’s effects.
  • Can give another Fusion monster a large attack boost.

  • Costly to summon.
  • 3000 attack boost requires Lunalight Sabre Dancer to be in the graveyard.

Lunalight Fusion

The Lunalight in-archetype fusion spell can let you use monsters in your Deck or Extra Deck as fusion material. Use Lunalight Sabre Dancer in your Extra Deck as fusion material to easily get it in your graveyard where it can use its effect.

Lunalight decks are great at Fusion Summoning and battling your opponent’s monsters. Most of the main deck Lunalight monsters have effects that activate when they are sent to the graveyard with a card effect which can be triggered when used as fusion material.

Komoney needs to ban this card after the KC cup. It’s degenerate for your opponent to just hide behind hand traps (looking at you Veil) and then be able to summon this @ s s hole for free.

woah it was truth after all

People still complaining about lunalights in 2021
<< Anonymous

Not the entire deck (tho crimson fox is debatable.) Just this card.

is there any particular reason why non-targetable 3000+ attack monsters have become weaker in 2021?
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
yeah with all the banish and non targeting stuff like (now accessible) levianeer this card rarely touches the field

But if you let it do so well yeah you are scr*wed like with any other strategy out there
why does Konami not put this card on the banlist, its a a slightly worse cocytus but it has a the fact its usually 3600 attack to counter act this. It doesn't need to forbidden but it needs to be limited so it stops getting abused with other engines that are already overpowered

If a Blue Eyes Player cares so much about life points, they better run Floodgates to prevent Sabre from being summoned to begin with.

I mean prevent Sabre from being face-up on the field to begin with.

The comment about blue eyes shinning dragon was to show how duel links have changed due to power creep. Back in early says they only target immunity monster we had was this and was HELL of a card to even summon it. Now with just 2 cards you can have a monster immunity monster.

How could it be abused with other engine when it can only be summoned by fusing 3 Lunalight monsters?
Broken card that cannot be targeted.

Then use non-targeting cards like floodgate traphole, drowning mirror force, sphere kuriboh, widespread ruin, wall of disruption, etc. Dealing with this card isn't rocket science.

But I can't use traps in my f2p super heavy samurai deck

Get a new deck then. Even if you have to delete the app and start over. And stop spamming that same brain dead message about superheavy samurai like a 🔥ing moron.
Already lost count how many times I got otk by this 🔥
this card is buggy as bell. The card still gets targeted by card effects and gets destroyed.

Because it tickles too much?
<< Anonymous

What the OP said is usually caused by thinking a card that does not target, is targeting this card.

Like back when people thought Spellbook of Fate targets.
<< Anonymous

Keep in mind ANY yugioh card could 🔥 you easily if you ever... you know ticked them off.

First, you need to go to primary and learn how to read.
The Noob version of the deck will have Power of the Guardians

Beaver Warrior Reply
nope, floodgate doesn't target.

When you see this card equipped with Power of the Guardians then you will likely lose to a noob.

It's funny I like to put three copies in just to make them feel that way. After all I love to REALLY spoil my fans.

Too much, Ok.
How could I protect this card from non-targeting monster effects?

Forbidden Dress

Quatro-Man Reply
There's a reason non-targeting removal is so rare, It's full-proof lest you have blanket protection using a card like "Charm of Shambiti" for the grave keeper Archetype.

Alot of the forbidden cards can actually do the same thing as dress but dress is more versitile.
so first turn my opponent summons this with 3600 attack, i can't target it and i can't overpower it. what can i even do?

how could you floodgate it when hes summon it 1st turn lol.
<< Anonymous(anonymous)

your deck isn't consistent enough. Buy and use 3 floodgate. That way you have a higher chance to floodgate turn 1.
<< Anonymous
Quatro-Man Reply
I just load my deck with an absurd amount of non-targeting removal. For example the XYZ rank 4 monster Cornship thats only an SR with generic materials.

Quatro-Man Reply
Oops wait a minute I lied. I thought it didn't target
counter for all those high lvl monster with high attack with no effect destroy opponent card instead just immune to destroy by battle and inflict piercing damage and immune to card effect is:

an equip spell example glass slippers

Now we wait for the Lunalight Pendulums XD

Hopefully them and the one Lunalight Fusion monster we don't have yet, are saved for Serena on Arc-V world. I want to be able to play as Serena.

Same. There are also two or three main deck Lunalights not available yet, hopefully they are saved for Serena.

Honestly I'm surprised they made Cat Dancer available already. That's the Fusion that Serena used the most.
My Goddess, I love you so much.
