so first turn my opponent summons this with 3600 attack, i can't target it and i can't overpower it. what can i even do?

You could use Floodgate on it. Had that happen to my own Sabre as a Lunalight user

your deck isn't consistent enough. Buy and use 3 floodgate. That way you have a higher chance to floodgate turn 1.

I just load my deck with an absurd amount of non-targeting removal. For example the XYZ rank 4 monster Cornship thats only an SR with generic materials.
