Skull Guardian, in older games where Ritual materials are extremely specific, requires M-Warrior #1 as one of the monsters Tributed to Ritual Summon Skull Guardian.

Well, it's not a bad correlation if you think that Skull Guardian have all these steel armor attached to his body while M-Warriors are using magnetism.
