Can easily be summoned with any level-4 Blackwing monster and Special Summoning Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind. Another combo is using Blackwing - Simoon the Poison Wind to search Black Whirlwind and Normal Summon him with his effect, search and Special Summon Blackwing - Oroshi the Squall and use both monsters to make Assault Blackwing - Raikiri the Rain Shower.
Blackwing decks are good at swarming the field making it easy to maximize Raikiri the Rain Shower’s effect. Blackwing - Sura the Blue Flame and a few others are able to Special Summon other Blackwing monsters with relative ease.
Some Blackwing monsters are able to Special Summon themselves by simply having another Blackwing monster on the field, return any of these monsters to the hand to Special Summon Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite and then Special Summon them again with their own effect.
