Lam | Balance | Apr 7 |
A comment from Lam:
This deck is based on doing massive Effect Damage to your opponent.
The main threat in this deck are two cards, Lady Lapislazuli and Type Zero Magic Crusher.
Try to summon Lady Brilliant Diamond first and then tribute another Gem Knight for summoning
Lapiszlazuli.
Get rid of strong monsters with Prismaura or by attacking them with stronger Gem Knight.
Protect yourself with Triamid Pulse and/or Paleozic Canadia.
Type Zero Magic Crusher is a life changer which changed many lost duels and is extremly
strong against stall decks (normally Yubel, Weevil or Odion).
Matchups:
Six Samurai:
If you are able to summon Lady Brilliant Diamond, you will have a good chance to win.
Do damage with Lapislazuli and Type Zero Magic Crusher.
Pay attention on the deadly Six Style - Dual Wield !
Ancient Gear:
I would say: Summon Lady Brilliant Diamond or/and Master Diamond and you win.
How should they get over that ? Their only chance is Ultimate Ancinet Gear Golem.
Yubel:
This is also a good match up for Gem Knights. Wait until there are enough special summoned
on your opponent side and kill your opponent with effect damage.
Dinosaur:
This is a hard match up.
Be careful of Survivals End. I win against them with beating them with stronger monsters
and my own traps. Gem Knight Prismaura is very helpful here.

Luxun | Sealed Tombs | Apr 5 |
A comment from Luxun:
I started with level augmentation, but it was extremely hard to win against six samurai when I started 2nd. I realized that the major problem was how useless offerings to the doomed became because of fuma.
So, I switched to sealed tombs, and so I forced shi en to negate offerings because he no longer had fuma to protect him. That's how you bait him then you get rid of spells and traps or use another offering and destroy him. My win rate against six samurai increased a lot after this change in the ability.
However, with that, came minor changes in the deck. I replaced my 2nd anatomy with my 3rd Lvl 4 monster because without level augmentation you need him to get shougun on the field. Funnier climb than the one to kog.

A comment from Cionsy:
Wish I had the second Cosmic Cyclone,I replaced it with Galactic one. The worst macthup is against Six Samurai where is extremely important to start first and use your Canadia when he summons Fuma to negate the Synchro evocation. If u start second u have to bait the Shi En effect with another spell card or hoping to have two Diamond core in your hand.

A comment from Zyuxfly
Used Lava Miller and MCF to send Cards to de GY.
Make Sure to always send 3 different Laval monster to use the effect of LLL
VS Samurai you always want to destroy the back row with LLL and then Synchro Summon LD.
And Return Samurai monsters to the Hand or Extra deck,
Try to receive attack to have Reinforcements ability to active if is necessary.

Spiido | Transcendent Crystals | Apr 9 |
A comment from Spiido:
Already notice that this deck is very complicated to play and has undergone several changes to arrive in this final version. I saw that a lot use Akisa's skill to mount this deck so I decided to vary the essence of the deck using the Crystal Beasts since Jesse's skill works in the function of having a monster in the graveyard.
The way to use Transcendent Crystals, Pegasus Sapphire and Madolche Hootcake is the key to trying to win with this deck. Sending a card from the hand to graveyard and positioning the Pegasus correctly in the field speeds up and much the process of draw the deck. After this small combo, option 1: summon the Messengelato to take the Madolche Chateau or option 2: summon Puddingcess to put a possible pressure due to its effect. As I said before, you need to know how to use the three cards are essential to be able to try to face the meta decks. Also using the effect of the Chateau is important because you can control the deck to avoid deck-outs and to maintain the invocation combo of the Hootcake.
Skull Meister is suitable for use against Yubel and Ancient Gears (strangely on my part I have not faced many dinosaurs). Crystal Raigeki is suitable for the Pegasus that you will put on the field and needs to be used wisely. As you saw this deck has several possible moves but due to the meta almost broken by Six Samurais requires a good factor of luck and skill.

Dan Win | Destiny Calling | Apr 6 |
A comment from Dan Win:
Against six samurai: they are playing on top of the trap, and this deck does well if it does not summon 2 Shien in the first turn which is rare, you have 2 kuriboh, to turn the shien and the next turn finish if you can or hold.
Against Ancient Gear: If you survive the invocations of the mechanism in their first turn or turn, you easily end up

Turles | Destiny Calling | Apr 8 |
A comment from Turles:
Can beat almost everything if you can force Destiny Calling. AG can give you some trouble but traphole should help even with AG fortress but you will find more 6 sam post DLv 17 so it's okay, try to activate Mirror Wall before they summon Shi En so they can't attack you and pay LP to use your skill in your next turn.

找到面了 | Beatdown | Apr 6 |
A comment from 找到面了:
Note: The first goal is to send Treeborn frog to graveyard. The best way is to use Swap frog. I added 2 copies of Mobius and 2 copies of Dragon Ice so that you can special summon Swap frog, send Treeborn frog to the grave, and possibly tribute summon another high-level monster to help you either destroy your opponent's monster or back row. It is important to turn the chain button on when you have Treeborn in the grave and Enemy controller in your hand, so that you can steal you opponent's monster, and special summon Treeborn frog the second time.
For six sams, they will probably have Shi-En on the first turn, and it is good to have Dragon Ice in your starting hand so that you can special summon it. Since 1st turn cannot attack, you have a tribute for your turn. The most common way that six sams do is to have Shi-En on the field, Fuma in grave, and dual wield in the back row. You would only need to tribute summon Zaborg, destroy Shi-En so they have to banish Fuma from grave, and use skill Beatdown to battle Shi-En to the grave. Other wise, Parry knights can help you stall for some turns. If you are able to get Jurrac Titano on the field, there is pretty much nothing that six sams can do to you, except enemy controllers.
For other decks, soul exchange will help you a lot, especially in dealing with AG dragon and Amazoness. Mobius should first destroy castle so they cannot tribute summon AG dragon. For decks with heavy back rows, Mobius and Jinzo are your best friends. The extra deck is only in case you steal some tuner using Enemy controller, but that is a very rare situation.

A comment from AriChan:
I'm focused on summon Yubel and Nephthys turn 1 so i have 2 standar combo:
If can summon Yubel against AG you win, they haven't anything against.
Six Samurais have a thought match if they can't make yubel leave the field 4 or 6 times (3 each Yubel form).
Mirror match is simple. The first who summon yubel lose, so you have to veloniar (bait) the opponent with Kuribohs and Nephthys big guys.

A comment from Ren Uuzra:
Deck Notes: The deck itself is already well known in the ladder, just make sure you play smart use the powers of your Nephthys and Yubel's destruction as a defense above all before an offense. Counter, clear and attack.

Little D. | My Name is Yubel | Apr 11 |
A comment from Little D.:
How it works: ideally to use disciple to destroy Yubel and add cerulean into hand. Disciple will be destroyed at end phase and next standby phase can add ritual spell card into hand. I put two incarnate because of an additional backup if faced against banish control decks. Enemy controller is very useful against mirror match to tribute own monster to take control of opponent’s incarnate and use it as tribute for cerulean or sacred nephthys.

MHOC_1994 | LP Boost α | Apr 12 |
A comment from MHOC_1994:
The idea behind the deck is to provide spot removal and use your synchros to push in damage, Stardust Charge Warrior being the usual go-to, as the free card helps. Six Samurai is still a rocky matchup for this deck however, where I roughly only won 1 in every 3 games. However on the flipside this deck loves Yubel, as the constant amount of removal means you can force out and deal with an Ultimate Knightmare with ease. Life Boost ą is arguably the best skill for this deck as you're constantly paying life with your Psychokenisis.
