With these cards your 0 ATK monster will be able to attack your opponent directly even if the control monsters.
Here are some monsters with 0 ATK but high DEF so they work well with Pride Shout. Statue of Anguish Pattern is the monster with the strongest DEF you can bring out without cost.
All of them have 0 ATK and their Fusion monsters have pretty high DEF. The Fusion monsters can also block off your opponent’s monster zones, letting you attack directly if they don’t control any monsters.
