Must Synchro Summon the Cloudcastle, it is actually an alternative to the Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon, not to Azure Eyes Silver Dragon

You summoned azure using spirit dragon? If so, then that's the reason, azure wasn't syncro summoned properly so you can't revive it
