I'm not sure Summoning this, giving it to your opponent and then taking it back is that good. Your opponent would also get to pick a card from your GY to banish during each End Phase.

That's not how D.D. Guide works. You give control of the monster to your opponent and you pick, during each End Phase, a card from the opponent's GY to banish.
