Event Details

Period	July 12-18

During the event, "Super Joey" will start to appear in duel world. Super Joey uses a different deck than the regular Joey, and you are not able to duel him at the Gate. There are level 30 and 40 versions of him, and both uses Red-Eyes B. Dragon as the theme of the deck. Rewards are similar to regular Joey, but with a few new additions available exclusively from this event.

Combo Example

In the event announcement, an example of a combo is shown. Using Red-Eyes Spirit, you can special summon "Red-Eyes" monsters other than Black Dragon's Chick from the graveyard. Use any fusion monster that uses REBD as part of the fusion material and special summon REBD after the fusion.

I can see now why they gave out a free Red Eyes Spirit for dueling Joey 15 times. These drop rates are ridiculous.

can only agree with that, got 1 spirit from last event, the mission joey rewards, skull dice and 1 insight so far and today is the last day of the event. well, maybe im just unlucky, but i havent seen any good comments about joey so far.

I finally got one insight a while ago, from lvl 30 with like 2k points lol. All that 7k against lvl 40 and nothing. I doubt I'll get a second one, much less a third.

I kinda suspect they intentionally lower the SR drop rate for higher points because I did fairly poor in getting high points in last Joey event but I somehow got more SRs last time.

the countless level 30 Joeys day and night,
and the useless drops from the lvl 40s.
This was certainly a great event!

Last time I only got one Red Eyes Spirit and had to use both of my WCS SR rewards to get the other two. Now he's giving me tons of Red Eyes Spirits...and no Red Eyes Insight. Screwed you, Joey. Screw you.

So, anybody know if there's some way to increase S. Joey's spawn rate? Because I'd like to get at least 1 more copy of Red-Eyes Spirit from dueling him before I earn the one in the missions. Then I'll have a playset.

Before there was a list of banned account that abusing the spawn rate of LD Events, because it was against the policy of this game, when we got one we must report it to konami, if you want so, just prepare a new account so you can play again from the first, GG

Martyr give ORIGINAL ATTACK, labyrinth wall original attack is 0, so it won't work.

limited spawn rates and when he does spawn, I haven't had a single SR drop. Mostly gold.

Same here, already on stage 60, in total of 14 duels, 13 times dueled against lv.30 and just 1 times dueled lv.40, but that's okay, there's still 4 days left though.

Yes, this is bs, this type of event sucks so much and to make it worse the spawn rate for useless lvl30 S. Joey is higher than lvl40...

Yeah this event just sucks, waiting just to get another lvl30 S.Joey spawn... and the drop rates when a lvl40 finally spawns are just garbage, gg KONAMI gg...
