Unfortunately, they are unlikely.

Only thing we don't have yet from Roman and Demak is their EBI, and we already have every single monster cards Sherry played.

Greiger is the only one that still has a chance since we don't have his deck yet in DL.

Lumis & Umbra have unreleased cards.

Scud is a blank slate, unlike Rafael/Valon/Alister who has a clearly defined deck theme already.

Heck, you know what? Yuma's big sister has more chance to be released in DL than Rafael.

At least she has an Evilswarm deck in Tag Force, which does have many cards not released yet in DL. And a rather random deck in World Duel Carnival game, but it still contains cards not in DL yet.

Jim will have his cards in real life soon, of course he can get added.

As for Scud and Lumis/Umbra, again, Lumis & Umbra have unreleased cards, while Scud is a completely blank slate. They have their valid reason for why they can get added.

If they go with the anime's plot, we'll see the Meklords first before Life Stream.

The cards by release date obviously don't follow the anime's plot.

We're not talking about the cards, we're talking about the story.

And certain cards heavily tied to the story like Life Stream, would have to wait for the story to come in.

But even if we only look at very story oriented cards, Black-Winged Dragon came out a lot earlier than other Signer Dragons.

It's quite likely that we will get one of the DSOD in the next few months. But Dartz isn't that likely at all. His boss monsters have completely different effects in the TCG which don't really fit into a Orichalcos deck.

Based on pattern, late September 2020.

Expected first few characters available is Yuma, Kotori & Tetsuo.

Doubt Kite is among the first Few characters. He's likely to get "Jack's" treatment.

Yuma, Kotori, and Shark. Tetsuo is actually very unlikely considering his very little amount of cards.

But yeah, Kaito is definitely getting the Jack treatment, Konami is well aware how popular he and his deck is.
