I believe the peak was yubel. That era has been over a long time ago, as most deck today has their own way to handle this type of protection.

Now we have something like saber dancer or the mighty cocytus to dealt with

What do you mean "the mighty cocytus" when it's been banned for a fat minute now?

What I meant is it was exist in duel link, and somehow became a new standard for good protection.
It was so powerful to the point being banned, and reason why I called it mighty. This is why no one care too much about cant be destroyed by battle as we already had a high standard to begin with.
