Keep your heads up guys! I finally got mine at Pegasus lvl 34. I was battling the lvl 40 Joey event and it dropped with a battle score of 2800. I spent the past two weeks battling at the duel gate trying to get the skill and I had ran out of keys completely yesterday. but it finally dropped!!!

This card is easily destroyed with twister/wild tornado if u didnt draw Magic reflector. Just wait until they release "Toon Kingdom" to the game. OP af

This is why you carry an extra 2 Toon worlds in your deck, and a counter-trap for twister

And then mind scan the next duel....legit not lying and if someone would tell me how to post pictures I'd do it. I guess the game's trying to make up for muto not dropping anything

It was Extra Extra not mind scan...I unlocked mind scan just then as well and got confused on which one was which

Got it this morning. Took me maybe a month and a half of farming, got Pegasus to level 32 before it finally dropped.

Who were you farming against when it dropped? I'm Lvl 30 with Pegasus and still no drop either

I've used up over 6000 gate keys on lvl 40 LDs, getting 7000+ every time (with the odd loss) and must have got every skill duplicated, but still no 'its a toon world'!!!! Anyone else struggling as much as me!?

Dude I've been trying to get this skill and still nothing got extra more then 3 times same goes for creator but not its a toon world whats the deal i cant farm Ld's anymore cauae im out of keys its like impossible to get i got like 7000+ and still nothing

Finally, FINALLY I got it! Hallelujah!

Currently playing a fun Toon Summoned Skull OTK deck (Second Booster or Toon Rollback). Not as effective as Karate Man OTK, but way more fun.

TDMG + Toon Rollback is the OTK combo.

Yeah, but you can get both of them, as well as the currently only card that can search them, only once. TDMG is definitely also in, but Toon Summoned Skull does the trick far more often.

Crazy, I have every Pegasus skill except toon world. I even got CREATOR TWICE and it said " you have already claimed this skill, converting into gems" and gave me 15 gems -_- my peg is maxed out and farming is getting rediculous!

I'm now at 17 duplicate skills converted to 15 gems in a row, and still no "It's a Toon World" in sight. AAAAAARGH!!!

I got toon world skill from losing by Odion (the easiest LD) lol. I think im just lucky :|
