Based on the popularity it should even be A+

This card is better than what I thought.
- You can use its first and second effect on the same turn. So if your opponent has 2 monsters and you control no monster, one Kiteroid can prevent damage from both monsters' attack. This is great for some decks like Metaphys, Yosenju, Yubel and of course stall burn deck
- The second effect is NOT once per duel

Why Kiteroid is semi limited to yet we have already 2 copy exist only from Tour Guide??

What is the point of completing Bingo sheet to get this card and then gets semi limited with banlist is this a Joke???

To prevent it from using with anothers semi limited cards (treachehrous trap hole, trunade, megellanica)
