I'll take Electrum regardless of overall usefulness. E-Heroes and Masked Heroes are the coolest looking monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh! imo

Not my favorite Elemental hero fusion but it would be good to have him and regarding how to summon him the easier way would be with miracle fusion, might come as clutch card but we need more support cards like stratos or E emergency call and many more and many more to improve elemental heros decks

Going -4 to potentially get some extra attack. Why play this over trinity who only need generic heroes and can get you wins when you're behind?

Outside of nostalgia Electrum isn’t very good. His effect on its own isn’t worth his difficult summon.

But if we ever get Chain Material and Gustav Max during the Zexal era (Questionable in a 4K LP game.)

Then you could try the Electrum OTK that uses Fusion Gate + Chain Material + 3 Electrums + Gustav Max + E Hero Gaia

You could summon Gustav Max twice and burn for 4000

being banished face down means a card is unindentifiable, but cards that talk about any and every banished card, such as this, still effect the face downs, simply because they don't card what kinda card it is

yes. this card return all banished cards, whether face down or not.

one of few card in YGO that can interact with face down banished card.

You're honestly better with Shining FWM, or Trinity. I think this will need a dedicated Skill to have any chance at being played outside of purposefully bad decks.
