I never understand Tuners with effect like this, effect that requires them to stay on the field.

The entire point of using Tuners is to use them as Synchro Material....

Not going to come up often, but if you need to punch in the final points of damage using this to boost a card already on the field there maybe a time or two this boost would come in handy.

Still it wouldn't happen often.

Attack with your beaters + this for extra dmg, emergency tuning into a synchro for extra dmg or to finish off your opponent. Really not that hard to understand
