This event might be at the same time as Espa Roba carnival. Roaming Super Character.

Same like Superb Tea & Elegant Mai before. IIRC, Elegant Mai that give A Princess, was at the same time with Battle City.

I don't think we'll get Mask Change 2 either, in addition to those cards you mentioned.

Mask Change 2 would only make it easier to play Anki, which I don't think is something they want to happen, especially when their current priority is Synchro.

Shadow Mist is also a low level DARK "HERO" monster, she's never going to be dead in Anki decks even if you Normal Summon her instead.
