they gave all Evil heroes cards except this card. They even gave ace card Malicious fiend, malicious edge inside strucured deck. Dark fusion, evilhero fusion by level up. What are konami thinking. Free for all

Notably, it's any HERO monster, not just Evil Hero.

But unless you play Malicious Edge, who does Tribute Summon in a HERO deck lol

Maybe you can use it for Plasma since it special summon. Use infernal prodigy and then solid soldier too summon another hero and then tribute for plasma.

Plasma does not tribute, only special summon so infernal prodigy effect of drawing a card will not work if you use it to summon for Plasma.

It is an ok card, free summon you can use him even as fodder for tribute,fusion, synchro, link and xyz.
