Vylon Delta fits well in a Morphtronic deck because they are able to easily summon level-7 Synchros through Morphtronic Scopen. And also have monsters that benefit from equip cards like Morphtronic Videon and Power Tool Dragon.

Way too slow. Plus Vylon Cube would be a much, much better Tuner than Junk Synchron unless you really think Junk Berserker is worth it. (Actually, Berserker's significantly better in Noble Knights anyway since it's Warrior.)

I'm surprised that this card hadn't come out with the other two Vylon Synchros. It's not like this card is broken or anything. Omega though....
