King of Game decks [Aug 2018]

♦Kortezzy:
You can discard wiz special summon it with mayhem and get another monster on field. Also this deck plays mindgames on opponents and allows you to randomly pull out a loli for game. The only bad match ups are ssa or a aggressive hero player.

♦ AbreNalgas:

• Amazoness: easily counter Amazoness Onslaught with Wizz + SSA + Umi.

• U.A.: very fast deck, if you manage to get Wizz + SSA + Umi before they summon Dreadnought, it'll be a win.

• Vampires: somewhat troublesome match-up, because of Vampire Kingdom second effect but if you have 2 Wizz on field you'll be able to protect your SSA and/or Umi.

• Spellbook: hard match-up because of Spellbook of Fate and Cosmic Cyclone on your Umi.

The only problem I faced using this deck was Cosmic Cyclone. If your opponent manage to remove Umi from the field with it, you'll have some problems. You will rely on Donpa, Dyna and Treacherous Trap Hole, but other than that, it's Happy Furry Days again!

♦ 乃尺卂ᐯ丂:

• this decks purpose is to send your cards to the graveyard using TGLGreener because all essential activity will be on your graveyard.
• main goal is to send gem-knights as much as you can using fusion or TGLG and set up Triamid Pulse or Type Zero Magic Crusher for damage,it can be tricky because if you can send at least 8 Gem Knights in your graveyard you can deal a total of 4000 damage using Magic crusher + Gem-Knights fusion card in graveyard with its effect in addition to your GK Lapis Lazuli's effect.

♦ XianTheGreat:
The playstyle for this deck is very straightforward: get an OTK early or lose. Bricky at times but when it gets going, you're almost guaranteed to win. I'd prefer Trickys and Dynatheriums over Earth Ninja but that's all I have right now.

♦ P2L CITIZEN:
Playstyle kind the same that the others hazy decks but i prefer to have more fire vassals so it's less bricky when you have a peryton in your first hand with the vassal, thunder vassal can be useful to summon jinzo at the same time as you swarm your hazy monsters so i would prefer to have more of them instead of dynantherium:

♦ LoboNeg94:
Lava Golem decks work perfectly with parasite infestation. 3 Golems give more chances to draw it. 2 Gardnas are perfect to defend and deal some extra damage. Kuribohs are very useful in case of trunades or arrows. Chalice, Canadia and Floodgate help neutralizing monster effects. 2 walls of disruption (one per Gardna) and some other defensive cards give you time and block attacks.

Normally, you would include 1 mask per Golem, but I only have 2. No big problem since there are other ways to tame it and control strong monsters. Only 1 whistle is necessary and I don't recommend to depend on your parasite that much, because it's easy for any opponent to predict and avoid. However, this ability comes in very handy: transforms all opponent's monsters into insects, deals 1000 damage, fills the field for the Golem and for the effect of the wall, and forces a dead draw.

Tips: Don't use Canadia on the parasite unless it's really necessary, because the opponent may use its effect on you. Also, it's convenient to turn his/her monsters into insects. Nevertheless, it could be useful to use the mask on the parasite, but be carefull not to waste it.

♦ NickAdms:
The deck of Masked Hero consists of calling the Anki using the Mask Change. The cybernetic style skill is for merging the Cyber End Dragon, but mainly to hold the game while n comes the cards support for you to finish the opponent.

♦ Deito:
Primary summon destiny hero and set backrow to slow down opponent monster effect. Attack with destiny hero and transform to masked hero anki for otk. If too many opponent backrow wait till drew vision hero witch raider.

♦ Chrisbanlis:
I use the classic set of monsters in the deck.. i put in 1 cyclone for amazoness onslaught, for the rest backrow hey trunade for the turn i want to kill my opponent, the forbidden chalice is one of the best cards in the deck to cancel the effects of important monsters (e.g. amazoness princess, any fur hire etc) or make anki deal 3200 direct damage, if i had more copies i would use them and also i use in contrast with the rest curse of anubis. using it with drillback to deal lethal won many games especially against amazoness decks who easily build a wall, also it saves you for a turn.

♦ Apostle:
This deck is built to crush Fur Hires. Essentially, with balance you always start with a monster an equip and disruption no matter what with this build. That guranteed first and usually second turn opponent stall out is more than enough to allow you to gain car advantage by poping a few thinga with Ms. Noble Knights effect and equip that destroys face downs. I went with Canadia over trap hole for flexability and the occasional monster for tilt. Deck is good for 8/10 wins never lost 3 in a row and never more than once to Fur hire my whole climb.

♦ MKW:

• Noble Knight is really competitive, and my deck is not optimale.

• Replace the two SR Traps by Canadia or Floodgate. I don’t put it because y have only one of each.

• You have to get minimal of two trap destruction (Typhon, wild tornado or what you want).

• Keep in mind, to active Glory you have to get one spell/trap place empty when you put your cards face down.

♦ MooDy:
Use abyss solider to bounce annoying monsters (wiz,anki,..) and to send fishborg to the grave , gishki chain helps finding grass , beast to summon another gishki to help summon CW , dragon ice is the reason this deck can keep up with other otk based decks , canadia is great against furries and can be used as a tribute for cw.

♦ Yami Leon:
Chow Len it's the seventh starter of deck, beyond to be great against stall decks. I didn't lose any duel against Stall with this deck.

♦ Trust•Freecs:
I try cyber style skill on this deck and it's work enough.

I bring jinzo to shutdown amazoness onslaught so used cyber style skill to tribute summon jinzo, so I just need to deal with amazoness queen and sword woman, so I fate them.

The main problem of this deck is when I can't summon anything. So don't forget to bring Cosmic cyclone and TTH or something else to avoid OTK.

♦ Ryuuuzaki:
Standard Silent Spellbook deck + Chaos hunter
Chaos hunter is a free summon as the meta always have special summon. Clutch against amazoness banishing and a match with any spellbook variant.

Restart is the only skill for silent spellbook if you want to reach KOG, as you want immediate control on your first turn, you absolutely cannot brick.

I've used switchero, and cyber style + jinzo variant, it's very strong but not as consistent compared to restart, and you need consistency in order to climb in legend 2 - KOG

♦ Dathedr:
While Grass Spellbook clearly has ways to deal with other meta decks, Spellbook of Fate is countered by swarming strategies. This means that consistency will be your biggest enemy, as a fragile early-game is likely to get you killed. Therefore, the timing of Restart is important:

Only use Restart if you cannot make any move with your starting hand (i.e. you cannot end up with at least 1 Spellcaster + 1 set Fate, or Reaper + Destroyer). The only exception to this is when you are going second, have a Treacherous Trap Hole in your starting hand, and you are going against a swarm-heavy opponent.

While you can 'gamble' and try to exchange an okay hand with a good one, this ends up badly more often than not in my experience (especially since you skip your next draw).

♦ Makrov:
last gamble works well with carrot/lover, 3 TTh is optimal, the deck is good agiant anything except spellbooks wifu, don't use the skill unless u need it.

♦ OCD_8:
Welcome to the new meta. This deck syncs perfectly with Cyber Style because it guarantees you a tribute for your big boss cards. The big boss here is Dunker, however the card that can really hurt you is Midfielder. This is because it lets you switch out your monsters in case of an Econ take or a treacherous, which is something that we constantly see in the meta. This deck does NOT brick easily like many critics are saying, so feel free to play it without Dynaterium and add another penalty box in there. I don’t find penalty box to be that crucial. Cosmic Cyclone helps to pull out a proto cyber dragon, so if you have two unlike me, switch it up for galaxy cyclone.

♦ STERCATA:
Matchups:

• amazoness: this deck complitely oblirate Amazoness, since everything in this deck counters It, 3 spell/traps removal, penalty box and High atk Monsters are lethal
• masked Heroes: depends on your opponent's Hand and yours, it's 50% winrate against them, if they start with Hey trunade You are done for unless You are holding sphere kuriboh in your Hand
• spellbook: your spell/traps removal are essential against spellbook of judgement, if You don't start with any of them You Can Just rely in rebounder's special summon
• fur hire: try to not get otk by them: if You manage to survive from their First turn it's Easy to clear the field thanks to dreadnought
