Can be Normal Summoned without Tribute if you control no cards and your opponent controls cards.
Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap cards until the end of Damage Step, if you control no Spell/Trap cards when this monster attacks your opponent’s monster.
Strong ATK and DEF stats.
Cons
Your opponent can still activate Spell/Trap cards if this monster attacks them directly instead.
Requires 1 Tribute to Tribute Summon.
Tips
Since you most likely won’t be setting much Spell/Trap cards in order to utilize this monster’s effect, you are pretty much reliant on monster effects at this point.
Treeborn Frog’s activation condition also requires you to control no Spell/Trap cards so that it can be Special Summoned from your Graveyard to the Field. As a result, you may be Tribute Summoning Hammer Bounzer instead.
You need more fire typ monsters in a hazy deck to use their effects the correct way. I Don't think Bounzer and Thunder Vassal will see many play in that deck. You also give you opponent a defensive token with Vassals effect but you want to OTK and that won't be possible if he already has 1-2 monsters on the field.
