They often give NPCs cards that haven't been released in the game. It's normal.

I recall Bastion Misawa even has Magic Cylinder.

The only way is with a hack, you can play with npc deck or add unreleased cards. You might get a warning though. Not sure what konami is banning players for if at all, heard that they no longer ban but idk.

master duel i think has an error in its script when it comes to necroface due to it never gaining full atk value when it returns cards to deck does duel links have same problem?

I remember Yami Bakura using this in his Duel against Yugi when they were looking for the Pharoah's name. Did Bakura ever increase it's attack that way, because I don't remember him ever increasing it's attack.

In anime, he used Necro Soldier, Jar, Wall, and Mannequin. Necroface was only in the manga, as a normal monster.

As far as the anime's concerned, Necroface's effect would not have mattered because Cursed Twin Dolls Kept the cards in your grave and prevented card effects from sending to Bakura's grave, making it brutal with Counterbalance and forcing Yugi to throw out roughly 14+ cards every turn.

He used the Cursed Twin Dolls and Counterbalance combo in the manga too, right?

I like the fact tall didnt read the card text... returns banished cards to both decks...dies send top 5.. this is an old card it should be in
