3000 DMG is not something any player can survive.

With Tracker and Wheeleder, Rank 3 is probably the most consistent rank to make currently. Pair with conecntrating current or titan showdown for easy OTKs

yes. any deck that can run multiple level 3s or a level 3 and level dupe can run the concentrating current combo. even worse concentrating current is still good on its own

Why are people talking about Titan Showdown? This card is meant to be used with Reginald and Sharks Revenge.

because it is Duel Links, where decks and characters are paired arbitrarily.

Sharks Revenge isn't the best skill. You can only boost it to 3.5k ATK. That's not enough for an OTK.
