Destroys 1 set Spell/Trap on the Field.
Can be banished from your Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up Spell/Trap, during your Main Phase.

Cons

Not Quick-play Spell, cannot be used during opponent’s turn.
You cannot banish this card during the same turn it was sent to the Graveyard.

Tips

This is a great Spell/Trap removal card as it handles both set and face-up Spell/Traps, even though it needs to be activated under different conditions.

You can use Galaxy Cyclone on these cards when they were set by your opponent, in order to destroy them (it is still destroyed if they were to chain their activation to your Galaxy Cyclone). You can banish Galaxy Cyclone later on to destroy these cards if they activate other copies of it.

Guys, if you are using it especially because kite skill, please at very least read the card effect. IT CANT DESTROY A FACE UP CARD FOR GOD SAKE, IF YOU ARE USING IT FROM HAND

There is a Kite skill similar to Onomatoplay that returns bricks for spells.

This card will nullify the concept of first-to-go-lose-to-show :
If Kaito go first, set up starliege + dragon, use skill to add photon stream.
If Kaito go second, skill to add cyclone (only if they got only 1 backrow, if they got 2, idk, 50/50 chance to win).

Use Aromaseraphy Rosemary to negate its effects. Activate Galaxy Cyclone to destroy it.

I still can't figure out... I had divine punishment on the field and my opponent was able to banish galaxy cyclone from the grave and destroy my sanctuary of the sky... but I should have been able to use my counter trap! Yes? No? I'm honestly confused why I didn't have the option to use it.

It's because the GY effect of Galaxy Cyclone is NOT an activation of a card. You don't activate a card to get that effect.

For some reason i cant even use this card in a duel the opponent will have set traps and spelss and i can only set galaxy cyclone never lets me activate it...can someone help

I always thought this card was not really that good because it was way too slow, I mean, it's not even a quick spell like cosmic is. But since i've destroyed spellbook of fate and even a lot of tth with it, I guess it has some merit.

Okay, this card is too OP. I used Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell when a Vagabond tried to use it. However, he was still able to use the same one I stopped from the grave to get rid of my Ancient Gear Castle. Cursed Seal's supposed to sop people from ever using a card again, yet it can be used from the grave after getting sealed.

I can't say which one is good for sure. But the best backrow removal right now are cosmic cyclone and galaxy cyclone. Both have their pros and cons. If you have no cosmic, then you may as well get 2 galaxy. Think about their pros and cons and you can decide which one to get with dream ticket.

Meh. As a generalist card, both are meh. Straight flush is more effective as general tech, and Vision Raider is more effective on some themed-decks.

Straight flush is trap, wait for a turn, and only works when opponent set 3 cards. Vision raider is more effective "in some themed decks", and you says it's better as a general tech? Smh
