Yet another Ice Barrier that's an Ice Barrier in name only, and doesn't actually help the deck's direction.

....If the deck even has a direction in the first place. Ice Barrier was such a mess.

Yeah I still like to use cards and archtypes that I like regardless of their meta capabilities, though. It can be fun to play Ice Barrier casually against NPC's or just non-competitive PVP for fun.
